Does any owner, owner's spouse, or household member work for or serve in an official capacity for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Dayton Partnership, or any other entity associated with the REOPEN Dayton program?


Application for the REOPEN Downtown Dayton Grant DOES NOT GUARANTEE award of funding. The total amount awarded will be based on funds available. It is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to determine or to seek independent advice to determine the tax implications to the Applicant and its Owners.

Application Criteria


  • Must be locally owned.

  • Must be located in downtown Dayton.

  • Restaurants, bars, retailers, coffee shops, salons, barbers, and other personal services are the target recipients of this funding.
